How CHA CONSULTANCE Began.
Founded by Chinedu Hector Aguocha, CHA CONSULTANCE was born from a simple observation: too many New Jersey & New York residents faced legal situations without proper guidance. Whether it was confusing court forms, the need for a quick notary, or finding the right officiant for their wedding—people needed a trusted guide.
Today, we've grown into a full-service paralegal, notary, and officiant practice—still rooted in the same community values. Every document we prepare, every signature we witness, every ceremony we officiate is done with integrity and care.
